Shailesh has over 23 years of experience in Project & Corporate Finance, M&A, Strategy, and Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) investments across companies in Financial Services, Energy, IT and Real Estate sectors. He has held senior positions in companies like Birla Global Finance, Tata Finance, Infosys Technologies and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Prior to founding Exfinity, Shailesh was the CEO & Co-founder of Azure Capital a boutique real estate private equity fund. He was Chief Strategy and Planning Officer at Suzlon Energy, then ranked #3 globally in Wind Energy. Shailesh has consulted for several Fortune 500 companies in Europe and the USA and has led large transformation programs in his previous assignments.
