Kranti heads the Human Resources at MedusInd. She has been greatly instrumental in setting up a functional HR Department within the company. She has over 23 years of HR experience in varied sectors such as Construction, Engineering, IT and Business Consulting. She has headed the HR and allied functions in various organizations that she has worked for which include big names like Patni Computer Systems and Bristlecone, a 1000-employee Mahindra Group Company. She has been a trainer for years. She is well versed with various quality systems like ISO, TQM, SEI CMM, PCMM, CMMi, Six Sigma etc. Kranti is a science graduate and holds an MBA in HR.
