Darshan, a graduate of Babson College, has been active in the US & Indian startup ecosystem in various roles. He is currently an active TiE Charter Member and Pune International Centre member. He has worked with 100+ founders in various roles at Reliance Jio-GenNext, Wadhwani Foundation, and FLAME University. As the Director at Adeption, he is working on the most innovative learning and development SaaS products that are loved and used by thousands of business leaders around the world. His overarching goal is to facilitate the development of entrepreneurs in the country, and he is a part of multiple innitiavtes that are set to accomplish this goal. As the Founding Director - Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at FLAME University, he is building ‘Entrepreneurial Village’ an initiative that nurtures and supports entrepreneurs. As an advisory board member at Babson Collaborative, he is enabling member universities around the globe to create a strong entrepreneurship education ecosystem.
