I am an experienced business leader with a blend of consulting and operating experience in a career spanning 19 years with extensive work across Healthcare, Technology & Analytics and Private Equity Advisory. I am currently the Managing Director at IQVIA, a Fortune 500 organization and a leading healthcare information, technology and research organization. I have a successful track record of building healthcare businesses from the ground up, exceeding profitability goals, and driving increased revenue and market share.
I assumed leadership roles early on in my career. At 32 I became one of the youngest Partners and Sector Head at KPMG, leading their Strategy and PE Advisory Practice in India, across Financial Services, IT/ITeS, Real Estate, Food with a special focus on Healthcare. I then went on to lead and set up KPMGs Healthcare business in India and then worked across AsPac Healthcare. I worked with International Healthcare businesses to help them enter & set up in India, advised Indian corporations on new Healthcare businesses, helped healthcare start-ups raise money & led International JVs and partnerships for healthcare companies.
I am on the Board of several National Industry Forums on Healthcare & Private Equity/ Venture Investing. I also mentor start-ups and actively promote the cause of entrepreneurship and innovation in healthcare.
My passion for healthcare extends beyond work. I am a fitness enthusiast and a marathon runner & I’ve participated in 14 marathons in the last 5 years across 3 countries. I also drive one of the largest wellness programs in the country, especially designed for IQVIAs 13,000+ employees to promote work life balance and wellness.
