  1. What is your motivation to be in venture investing business?

    Ans: Venture investing gives you to the opportunity to learn everyday. Even after being in the industry for years you can still come across something that you’ve never heard or thought of before.
  2. What is your view on the future of India as a market?

    Ans: There is a lot of capital flowing into the ecosystem, through all stages and sectors. Fintech, agri, ed tech, SAAS, B2B MARKETPLACES , Social commerce. There is immense depth in the ecosystem. Today the upcoming 7-8 Years will be very interesting for the startup ecosystem.

    Ans: Consumer, Fintech, B2B SAAS interest me the most.

  4. What are your 5 key learnings from your experience as a venture investor?

    1. Persistence is key.
    2. Building the culture and team from day 1 is critical. 
    3. Being frugal 
    4. Patience is a virtue
    5. Declutter the brain so you have clarity when making decisions.

    1. B2B SAAS is showing potential specially in India. 
    2. D2C brands in sectors that require disruption. 
    3. Fintech is always a hot sector

  6. How do you support your portfolio companies?

    Introductions to corporates, banks and investors. Helping the startup strategise growth while also opening doors wherever required. 

  7. Which of your portfolio company you are very excited about and why?

    FLeetX a B2B SAAS offering for the logistics industry. They are constantly innovating and conquering a vertical many thought was a crowded space.

  8. When you started your career what were your ambitions?

    To be an entrepreneur and it still is.
